Looks very nice, great work. An optional visual improvement to consider would be to get a stainless press-fit stud going through the top of the bar, and fastening with nut and washer on the underside. Leaves just a small flat disk visible, getting rid of the cap nut sticking up.

I’m putting a small Harbor Freight tool kit in there along with a fire extinguisher and some miscellaneous stuff that I think I may need…👍👍👍

If you want quicker access to the fire extinguisher without adding bulk, Id recommend the element fire extinguisher with their cage mount, you could mount it to that rail you installed.
