Opinions on Slakker Racing Development

I'm searching for options for my bore-scored 911 996. Slakker Racing Development in the USA claims to be in partnership with Hartech Automotive in the UK. Hartech appears to be the premier M96/M97 rebuilder there, roughly similar to FSI here. Both use Nikasil sleeves.

Two questions:
- Has anyone had experience with Slakker?
- The second is a matter of pricing. For a similar stock long block rebuild, Hartech is between 1/2 (Slakker) & 1/3 (FSI) the price of similar offerings here. Is this due only to what the market will bear, or is there more to this that I am missing.
