You'll need a male and female connector, and pins for them. These are the same parts you'll need for the switch harness so order extra.

Re: 987.2 PSE to stay closed when switched to OFF mode
Almost there, but that last test isn't complete. With the black probe on Pin 1 and the red probe on a good chassis ground, what you are looking for is continuity when the flaps should be closed, and an open circuit when the flaps should be open. Your reading shows 525 ohms I believe, which isn't wha...

Re: Aos Block hole diameters
Sorry, forgot. Just measured and got 29mm and 33mm using standard calipers. Calipers aren't perfect for measuring bores, but got those numbers +/- .05mm. To get any more accurate, I'd need to dig up some kind of mini-bore measuring tool, but I'd be willing to bet they are designed at 29 and 33 even.

Almost 3 years later - is it possible you still have 4 sets available? DaveGee I sold the last set a few months ago. Did you email me the other day? I will do another batch if there is enough people who want them. I have to order at least a dozen sets to get the cost down to something reasonable, b...

Re: 987.2 PSE to stay closed when switched to OFF mode
Great, now we're getting somewhere! So, as I understand your tests, that would mean PIN 1 supplies ground, and PIN 2 supplies battery voltage, when the PSE system is trying to close the flaps and quiet the car. Now do this, with everything the same as you have it, keep the red probe on pin 2, and gr...

Re: Have a website?
71eh and Maruscmn -- you guys are awesome, thank you so much. 71eh -- your skills and contributions to Carpokes are seriously appreciated. When we are an old well-established Porsche forum, we'll be able to look back and see that a handful of people who really helped get Carpokes off the ground, an...
