Re: Pet Thread

Time to help P_Coastal's efforts and to wake up his Pet Thread! My pillow has been absconded. Of course, I planted it with that very act in mind. She (Rusty) loves to rest her head on pillows, hearths, my legs - anything she can find that elevates her head. The dog is human. PXL_20240329_015625863....

Re: Tony Callas Interview (Podcast)

Incredible! I just now listened to Part 7 - great job on a most enlightening interview. Amazing how much one can learn about someone and some things just by listening (or reading). There was a lot to pick up on such as "...mechanical craftsmanship..." and "...when things were more fre...

Re: "clear" tail lights

For some newer Porsches (for example, 992 911s) it's an upgrade option that is a purely cosmetic one. The lights function normally when illuminated. And yes, they are LED as are taillights (all lighting) on all newer vehicles these days. The new 911s also have an optional additional "light bar&...

Re: Baltimore Bridge collapse will affect car imports

Yes, Porsches do often unload there. Sparrows Point is one spot they dock in Baltimore (for the Amethyst Ace, anyway back in early Feb that had our Cayenne on it). The area appears to be a long inlet into Baltimore so not sure where the bridge is in relation to Sparrows Point. (I haven't looked on a...

Re: Carbon sun visor replacements or no?

Most thankfully the safety stickers just don’t seem to bother me, if they did I would try the above solution. Like many things, most get used to them over time and they tend to slip into the subconscious. In my case however, for some reason, the subconscious always slips back into the here and now ...
